"Coach (Jim) Tuso,
Thanks again for such a great season—the entire family is grateful—we definitely made the right choice and will be returning next year. You and your staff are the best.

Debi Eberth
Parent of Devon Eberth, Wolverines Class of 2006

"Coach (Jim) Tuso,
We can not thank you enough for what all you have done for Jimmy. It goes much farther than football. I truely believe you and your coaches have made Jimmy a much better person. You have helped him learn respect, dedication, commitment, sportmanship, leadership and more. Football has also helped Jimmy in his other sports. He has become much more aggresive and dedicated to any sport he plays. We are really going to miss Jimmy playing football for the Missouri Wolverines.
Jim & Pam Smelcer
Parents of Jimmy Smelcer, Wolverines Class of 2004

"Coach (Jim) Tuso,
I just want to congratulate you on a great season. I wish I could have been there to see more of it. I had a great year this year with Oak Park High School. I had 18 TD passes, 3 rushing touchdowns and 800 some yards. By the way I also got to call the plays in 2 of the games, and really I have to thank you for most of it. I'm sitting here with tears gathering in my eyes as I remember all the hard, tough, but great expieriences with the Wolverines organization that have done nothing but help me in life. I won't be able to make it to the banquet because I have a basketball tournament, so there was a couple of things I was hoping you could tell people for me. First would you tell Jimmy way to follow in my footsteps. He put up some amazing numbers as a quarterback at his age, and I'm sure he'll go on to do some great stuff in high school. Tell Chuckie that it is quite amazing moving from tight end to be the second all-time leading rusher. Especially with guys like Jeff Cunningham and Rico Morgan to follow. The next thing I want you to tell everybody is about what you need to do to succeed at the next level. The biggest thing you need to do is hit the weight room. That alone has done wonders for me. The next thing is to go in with confidence. Believe that what the coaches have stressed to you over and over again is right and you will do well!"
Morgan Ward
Wolverines Class of 2003

"Coach (Jim) Tuso,
Hey coach I just want to say thanks a bunch because if it wasn't for you and your brother Joe I wouldn't be a starter for Winnetonka High School and be in the great shape I'm in now. Ever since I played for Wolverines I have the confidence to do anything and I'm truly honored to have had such great coaches."
Jordan Infranca
Wolverines Class of 2001

"Coach (Jim) Tuso,
I just wanted to thank you again for having me as a part of this organization. I learned a lot from coaching this year and still have more to learn as well. I thought the year went smoothly and was a success for the organization as a whole. My life dream has been to be a coach for as long as I can remember and I wanted to thank you for giving me the opportunity for starting that dream with the Wolverines organization. I do look forward for the years to come with the organization. I would love to coach again next year if you need me. Being around the kids, their families and especially around you and the rest of the coaching staff is like having a second family. I wouldn’t want to give it up for anything else. I have had more fun this season then I have practically my whole life. I am also glad that I got to coach through your organization along with you and your brother. I have the utmost respect for your family and you as well. So, again I want to thank you and the organization for having me apart of it."

Anthony Barreca
Wolverines Assistant Coach - 7th & 8th Grade Defensive Backs

"I just wanted to say thank you for all of the time, hard work and dedication that you and the coaches have spent over the last several years with Ryan. I know that we parents give you a lot of grief sometimes, and I just wanted to take the time to let you know that we really appreciate what you're doing."
Chris Cheshier
Father of Ryan Cheshier - Class of 2002

"Can't express enough how valuable and important being part of the Wolverines was for the boys this year. They are already looking ahead to next year with high expectation. Jon is already concerned about making weight - which I have gently told him will probably not happen as he was so close last year as a 3rd grader! Personally, I met some really terrifc people, and was pleasantly surprised, actually, to have been made to feel welcome and 'part of group' so quickly. Joining the Wolverine family was truly one of the best things to happen to us in 2002. Thanks for everything you do!"
Jennifer Holden
Mother of Jon Holden and Andy Holden who are both current Wolverines.

"Outstanding camp, I was very happy to be a part of such a great thing and was really impressed with the organization and structure of the camp. I have nothing but good things to say about Coach (Jim) Tuso and his staff for the Wolverines. He has young energetic coaches that are out here volunteering their time to help young people. Also was impressed with Little Severino (Jim Tuso), he is quit the motivator. Thanks for letting be apart of the camp..."
Mike Long
President of the Northland Vikings
Member of the Rockhurst High School All-Time Team and former linebacker at the University of Kansas.

"Outstanding job with the camp. Was impressed with the turn out and the organization of it. Also, I commend Jim Tuso and his staff for being neutral at the camp and not pushing the Wolverines on everyone but emphasizing the league. Proud that Jim Tuso was a Charger when he played years ago..."
Lindy Evans
President of the Chargers Football Club
Coach Jim Tuso & Joe Tuso played for the Chargers and Coach Evans when they played in the NSYFL in the 80s.

"Thanks for doing the camp this year! Great turn out!"
Jane Patterson
Mother of Blaine Patterson (Former Wolverines - Class of 2001) - 5 year player for Wolverines.

"Hey coaches, whats up this is Jordan Cohen! I don't know if you remeber me but I just thought I would say thanks alot for coaching me my 8th grade year. All of you were the best coaches I ever had. My freshman year at Oak Park was awesome. I played some JV and started freshman. I was a wide reciever and OLB and safety. You guys prepared me for those 2 days I don't know what I would of done if I didnt go through your program ... thanks coaches. I will never forget "DOUG" my 8th grade year with you guys, that will be a memory I won't forget. see ya "
Jordan Cohen
Former Wolverine - Class of 2000.

"...Thank You for all the work on the website. It's so informative. It's also great to know that you take into consideration that these are young men, not grown men. As a parent it makes me feel safe about my son playing for you!"
Frankie Maas (DJ for 101.1 The Fox)
Mother of Billy Maas - Former Wolverine - Class of 2002.
